Year after year, it has been ranked in the Top 20 Beaches of the United States. Sand Key is actually a two-mile long isthmus. The majority of residences on Sand Key are high rise condos, yet there are some town homes and single family homes on the Intracoastal side. With all of its tall condominiums, Sand Key has an impressive gulf front, big city look. Nestled between Clearwater Harbor's remarkable sunrises and the Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking sunsets, Sand Key is a unique tropical island and one of our favorite places!
